I am going to bet that it’s going to be traffic-free in Metro Manila today. I am going to bet that there will be zero crime, or at least will be minimal, in the Philippines today.
It’s the Paquiao-Marquez fight today so those odds are sure.
Who’s gonna win. Well, I’ll put my money on the Philippines’ bet. Go, Pacman! Go, Pilipinas!
Maybe the singers of the national anthems will bring him luck as well. Two amazing Filipinos will sing the national anthems before the fight.
You Tube sensation Maria Aragon, a Filipino-Canadian, will be singing the Lumang Hinirang. And Americal Idol Thia Megia, a Filiino-American, will be singing the Star Spangled Banner. Way to go, Pinoy!
